DVDRSYS.DLL could not be loaded. Is another instance of RadiMation already running?[edit]
This error can be shown when the Dvdrsys.dll can not be (correctly) loaded during startup of RadiMation. This .dll is part of the device driver system.
Possible solutions[edit]
- Close all instances of RadiMation. Open the Microsoft Windows Task Manager and (force) close all RADIMAT.EXE processes. Re-start RadiMation to see if the issue is now solved.
- Ensure that the Microsoft Windows operating system currently running is at minimum Microsoft Windows 7 SP1. Service Pack 1 is required, if needed first update the operating system before re-starting RadiMation.
- Ensure that the operating system is updated. Verify the by Microsoft Windows marked as 'Recommended' update KB2999226 (update for Universal C Runtime (CRT) in Windows) is installed. This updated KB2999226 is required.
- Ensure that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 is correctly installed on your system. This program is required for the device driver system to run correctly. The file can be downloaded from the Microsoft website.
