Signal Generator[edit]

  • Used for: Generating power for immunity tests
  • Possible types of devices:
    • Signal generator

A/D converter[edit]

  • Used for: Monitoring the EUT.
  • Possible types of devices:
    • Voltage meter
    • Current meter
    • Multimeter
    • Oscilloscope

Multimeter[edit]

  • Used for: Measuring the voltage during MIL STD testing.

The ability of an EUT to be immune to incoming electromagnetic interference. This is equivalent to the term susceptibility that is used by some standards.
