This window contains all the address information for the test site that performs the actual tests on the EUT.
 Company

The name of the company that performs the tests. |
| Contact Person
|
The full name of the contact person. |
| Address
|
The address of the test site. |
| Zip Code
|
The Zip Code of the test site. |
| City
|
The city in which the test site is located. |
| State
|
The state of the test site. |
| Country
|
The country of the test site. |
| Telephone Number
|
The telephone number on which the test site can be contacted. |
| Fax Number
|
The fax number on which the test site can be contacted. |
| E-mail Address
|
The e-mail address on which the test site can be contacted. |
| Ok
|
Closes the window, and stores the made changes. |
| Cancel
|
Closes the window, but discards the made changes. |
| Database
|
Shows the Customer database window, which allows to lookup the address information of the test site from the Customer database. |
| Copy
|
Copies all the address information to the clipboard. |
| Paste
|
Retrieves the information from the clipboard and updates it in the address fields. |
