RadiMation Error: 805306783

No mutex is available

To prevent that multiple device drivers are communicating with the same device at the same moment in time, a mutex is used for 'Mutual Exclusion', to ensure that no communication problems will happen. This error indicates that the required mutex is not available. It could indicate that the an unexpected communication problem with a device is present, which prevents that the communication connection is not released.

This error could be followed by the message "Multiple device are detected. Only connect a single device, and re-perform the detection"

possible solution

• Ensure that communication with the device is working
• Remove all devices from the PC running RadiMation^®.
• Only connect the device which is raising this error.
• Restart RadiMation^®.
• Restart the PC.
• Check if the problem still persists.
