TDEMI version is below 5.20 and thus the preamplifier is not supported

It is detected that the firmware version of the TDEMI is below 5.20. In these older firmware versions it is not possible to control the preamplifier.

Solution

Select '0 dB' for the pre-amplifier setting in RadiMation^®, which will then not use the preamplifier.
Contact GAUSS INSTRUMENTS to update the firmware of the TDEMI.
