TDEMI version is below 5.20 and thus the preamplifier is not supported[edit]

It is detected that the firmware version of the TDEMI is below 5.20. In these older firmware versions it is not possible to control the preamplifier.

Solution[edit]

  • Select '0 dB' for the pre-amplifier setting in RadiMation®, which will then not use the preamplifier.
  • Contact GAUSS INSTRUMENTS to update the firmware of the TDEMI.
