Channel <nr> is turned off, and can thus not be measured.

The Yokogawa DL850 or Yokogawa DL950 device driver returned an 'OFF' value for the to be measured channel number (shown instead of '<nr>').

The to be measured channel is probably not activated or configured in the Yokogawa DL850 or Yokogawa DL950.

Solution

Activate and configure the channel in Yokogawa DL850/DL950
