= The resource is valid, but VISA cannot currently access it = RadiMation® tried to receive some data from a a measurement device (or anothe...", and the only contributor was "Tjsc" (talk) port and did not properly close it it looks like your com port is not used but you still get this error. In this case restart the machine to make sure that all the ports are re-initialized
