When purchasing RadiMation, you are required to fill in a RadiMation installation guide. You can already install RadiMation without a license key. While using RadiMation without license key, you will use RadiMation as free mode. In RadiMation free mode, you can check all available drivers. If the device is currently not supported, the driver needs to be created. For creating a device driver, RadiMation support team is required to have a "Programming Manual" of the equipment. Most of the time, this manual comes with the equipment. In other cases, you can request this manual at your manufacturer. This is also one of the (not only) reasons that the newly added device must still be supported by the manufacturer. When requesting the manual, manufacturers mostly asks for the serial number on the equipment. Often, manufacturers can check firmware version according to the serial number. And in this way also provide the specific manual for the firmware version. When the manual is aquired, please send this manual to support@radimation.com
