TDEMI version is below 1.28d and thus zero-span mode is not supported
It is detected that the firmware version of the TDEMI is below 1.28. In these older firmware versions it is not possible to activate the zero-span.
Solution
Contact GAUSS INSTRUMENTS to update the firmware of the TDEMI.
