Microsoft Excel is not installed
During the generation of a report, by using Microsoft Excel, it is detected that Microsoft Excel is not installed.
Solution
- Ensure that Microsoft Excel is installed on the PC.
- Start Microsoft Excel to verify that it can be started.
- Open the template file that is going to be used in the RadiMation® report generator, and open it in Microsoft Excel, to verify that it can be opened without errors.
- Close all other running instances of Microsoft Excel
- Restart the PC.
- Perform a 'repair' in the Microsoft Office installer.
