The requested carrier level is higher than the maximum (<max> dBm). Limited the set carrier level to <max> dBm.[edit]
During the control of the RadiGen signal generator a carrier level is requested that is higher than the powerlevel that can be provided by the RadiGen signal generator. The maximum achievable carrier level for the actual combination of settings is shown in the error message. As the requested powerlevel cannot be achieved this is an error.
Solution[edit]
- Reduce the requested powerlevel of the test, for example by using a more powerful amplifier, a pre-amplifier, or a cable with less loss.
