Possible solutions[edit]

  • Close all instances of RadiMation®. Open the Microsoft Windows Task Manager and (force) close all RADIMAT.EXE processes. Re-start RadiMation to see if the issue is now solved.
  • Ensure that the Microsoft Windows operating system currently running is at minimum Microsoft Windows 7 SP1. Service Pack 1 is required, first update the operating system before restarting RadiMation.
  • Ensure that the operating system is updated. Verify that the by Microsoft Windows marked as 'Recommended' update KB2999226 (update for Universal C Runtime (CRT) in Windows) is installed. This is a 'Recommended' update but this KB2999226 update is required for RadiMation.
  • Ensure that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 is correctly installed on your system. This program is required for the device driver system to run correctly. The file can be downloaded from the Microsoft website. At least the x86 version needs to be installed, also on 64-bit Windows operating systems.
