The firmware is too old, and needs to be updated[edit]
During the check of the device, it is detected that the firmware on the device is too old. The firmware needs to be updated. Siglent SSA3000 series devices need to have a firmware version of 1.2.8.3 or newer. Older firmware versions do not have the possibility to select the EMI RBW filters, which make it impossible to select the Quasi peak detector. Also other remote control programming codes are not working in older firmware versions. in the TSF configuration.
Solution[edit]
- Upgrade the firmware of the Siglent SSA3000 series device. Newer firmware can be downloaded from: http://www.siglent.com/ENs/prodcut-gjjrj.aspx?id=1299&tid=18&T=2
