No association is defined for '<FILE>' during a 'ShellExecute' call
RadiMation tried to open the specified '<FILE>', however Microsoft Windows doesn't know how to open the file.
It could be that a specific 'action' like 'Open', 'Edit' or 'Print' is tried for the file, and that one of those actions (for example the 'Edit' action) is not registered, while the others (like 'Open' and 'Print') are registered for the file.
Solution
Use Microsoft Explorer to associate a program with the extension of the '<FILE>', so Windows knows how to open the specific file-type.
