This template can be used to give a more detailed description of a element that is available on screen(shot).
This template expects the following arguments:
- The 'name' of the element as it is shown on the screen
- A detailed description of the element
The contents will be shown in a 'hidden' table, where the first column is 15% of the width, and the detailed description is shown on the right-side of the screen element name.
