Network
When the network is stable, it is best to store all the information on the network. This way the back up is done automatically by the IT department.
Drive assignment
Assign a drive letter to the folder you want to store the information on. For example z:\ point to \\[your server]\user\everyone can see this folder\RadiMation.
When for some reason you want to move the information to another place, for example:
\\[big server 2]\engineers\RadiMation, you can move the information without this giving problems to the data storage of RadiMation.
This however needs to set up before configuring RadiMation.
