The software protection key with identifier: '<IDENTIFIER>' is not valid to be used with version <VERSION> of RadiMation

Each RadiMation® software protection key has an identifier, which is checked to determine if the software protection key can be used for the mentioned ('<VERSION>') of RadiMation®. It has been detected that the currently attached RadiMation® software protection key cannot be used to start this specific version of RadiMation®.

Very often this error message is shown during the start of RadiMation® which indicates that the service support contract has not be extended and that you are not allowed to use this newer RadiMation® software version.

Solution

  • Ensure that you have a valid RadiMation® service support contract. Otherwise renew the RadiMation® service support contract by contacting your local reseller.
