This page provides additional help with a specific or general problem or question.
Situation[edit]
The provided problem description/information was insufficient, the following information is a minimum:

- Operating system.
- RadiMation® version.
- Device Driver System Version.
- Related RadiMation® Test Module.
- Problem description.
Additional information;[edit]
- Send the used RadiMation® TSF file(s) (.TSF).
- Send the measurement data file(s) (.Txx).
- Send screenshots of all RadiMation® errors shown related to this problem. Makes sure that the 'Details' button is pressed before the screenshot is made.
- Create a Capture log file(s) preferable as a RadiLog file.
- Make sure that the above files are related. E.g. the capture(s) and the additional file(s) must be used/created during the same test, with the same RadiMation® version and device driver version.
