RadiSense fieldprobe not connected

A RadiSense field probe that is tried to be controlled is not connected. The controlled device returned a response ':E9', which means that the fieldprobe is not connected.

Solution

• Check if the controlled device is powered on, and connected to the communication bus
• Check if fieldprobe is connected
• Check if the correct settings for the communication bus are specified

For RadiSense probes, which are powered by LASER light:

• Check if the probe is 'activated', that the LASER is turned on.
