This template shows a nice 'footer' that can be include below a formula.
It will show the text:
' Formula <CHAPTER>-<NR>: <DESCRIPTION> '
This template expects the following parameters:
- The number of the chapter
- A sequence number of the formula's within the chapter
- A description of the formula.
Any parameters can be omitted, and the relevant section of the formula-footer will then not be shown.
