To give the customer/reseller a more structured notification we have remove the "changed" notification ,and replaced this with a "Released" notification. In the released notification there is a link where you can download the version with the solution to your reported problem. This is the start of a verification period of 4 weeks. During this period a reminder is send, asking if the problem is solved. After the period the report is automatically closed, and a notification is send.
