DVDRSYS.DLL could not be loaded. Is another instance of RadiMation already running?
This error can be shown when the Dvdrsys.dll can not be loaded during startup of RadiMation. This dll is part of the device driver system.
Solution
- Close all instances of RadiMation. Open the Windows Task Manager and (force) close all RADIMAT.EXE processes.
- Ensure that the operating system currently running is at mimimum Windows 7 SP1. Service Pack 1 is required.
- Ensure that the Windows operating system is updated. Verify that the by Windows marked as 'recommended' update KB2999226 is installed. This updated KB2999226 needs to be installed.
- Ensure that the Visual C++ Redistributable is correctly installed on your system. This program is required for the device driver system to run correctly.
