E-mail notification
Since 29 January 2009 the e-mail notification system of the RadiMation® support has changed. We received input that the e-mail notification was too much and not clear. To give the customer/reseller a more structured notification we have remove the "changed" notification ,and replaced this with a "Released" notification. In the released notification there is a link where you can download the version with the solution to your reported problem. This is the start of a verification period of 4 weeks. during this period a reminder is send, asking if the problem is solved. After the period the report is automatically closed.
