DVDRSYS.DLL could not be loaded. Is another instance of RadiMation already running?[edit]

This error can be shown when the Dvdrsys.dll can not be loaded during startup of RadiMation. This dll is part of the device driver system.

Solution[edit]

  • Close all instances of RadiMation. Open the Windows Task Manager and (force) close all RADIMAT.EXE processes.
  • Ensure that the operating system currently running is at mimimum Windows 7 SP1. Service Pack 1 is required.
  • Ensure that the Windows operating system is updated. Verify that the by Windows marked as 'recommended' update KB2999226 is installed. This updated KB2999226 needs to be installed.
  • Ensure that the Visual C++ Redistributable is correctly installed on your system. This program is required for the device driver system to run correctly.
