This page provides additional help with a specific or general problem or question.

Situation

The provided problem description/information was insufficient, the following information is a minimum:

  • Send the used RadiMation TSF file(s) (.TSF).
  • Send the measurement data file(s) (.Txx).
  • Send screenshots of all RadiMation errors shown related to this problem. Makes sure that the 'Details' button is pressed before the screenshot is made.
  • Create a Capture log file(s).
  • Make sure that the above files are related. E.g. the capture(s) and the additional file(s) must be used/created during the same test, with the same RadiMation version and device driver version.

Optional information;

  • If possible provide a description how the problem can be reproduced.
