- RadiMation version.
- Device driver system version.
- Related Module.
- Problem description
Additional information;
- Send the used RadiMation TSF file(s).
- Send the measurement data file(s) (.Txx).
- Send screenshots of all RadiMation errors shown related to this problem. Makes sure that the 'Details' button is pressed before the screenshot is made.
- Create a Capture log file(s).
- Make sure that the above files are related. E.g. the capture(s) and the additional file(s) must be used/created during the same test, with the same RadiMation version and device driver version.
Send the above requested information and files to the support department.
