DVDRSYS.DLL could not be loaded. Is another instance of RadiMation already running?

This error can be shown when the DVDRSYS.DLLl can not be (correctly) loaded during startup of RadiMation®. This DVDRSYS.DLL is part of the RadiMation® device driver system.

Possible solutions

  • Close all instances of RadiMation®. Open the Microsoft Windows Task Manager and (force) close all RADIMAT.EXE processes. Re-start RadiMation to see if the issue is now solved.
  • Ensure that the Microsoft Windows operating system currently running is at minimum Microsoft Windows 7 SP1. Service Pack 1 is required, first update the operating system before restarting RadiMation.
  • Ensure that the operating system is updated. Verify that the by Microsoft Windows marked as 'Recommended' update KB2999226 (update for Universal C Runtime (CRT) in Windows) is installed. This is a 'Recommended' update but this KB2999226 update is required for RadiMation.
  • Ensure that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 is correctly installed on your system. This program is required for the device driver system to run correctly.
