The factory for the persistable object (identifier ") is not registered. The file is probably corrupt, or it is created with a newer version of the software.
After a new RadiMation version is installed it could be that the configuration has been modified by a newer version of the software, which is the cause that it could be recognized as corrupted in the older version. In this case the error is raised because the customize file (shared by both versions) is written in a newer file format, which cannot be read anymore by the older version.
Solution
The solution for this problem is to remove the file customiz.dat, which can be found inside the CONFDVDR directory of the RadiMation® folder. The customiz.dat file is used to remember customization's of the color of the graphs. Therefore, removing this file will not have any influence on the measurements. However, the graph colors will probably be changed to the defaults as specified by RadiMation®.
