The factory for the persistable object (identifier ") is not registered. The file is probably corrupt, or it is created with a newer version of the software.
After a new RadiMation version is installed it could be that the configuration has been modified by a newer version of the software, which could cause that it is recognized as corrupted in the older version. In this case the error is raised because the customize file (shared by both versions) is written in a newer file format, which cannot be read anymore by the older version.
This error could also be generated when a newer RadiMation file is opened in an older version of RadiMation.
Solution
- When this error is shown during start-up of RadiMation, a possible solution for this problem is to remove the file customiz.dat, which can be found inside the CONFDVDR directory of the RadiMation® folder. The customiz.dat file is used to remember customization's of the colour of the graphs. Therefore, removing this file will not have any influence on the measurements. However, the graph colours will probably be changed to the defaults as specified by RadiMation®.
