Zero adjustment is incorrect
The Rohde & Schwarz URV5 device driver returned that the zero adjustment of the powerhead is currently incorrect.
This problem is probably triggered by changes in the environment of the powerhead so the zero-bias is not correct anymore.
Solution
Perform a new zero-operation on the powerhead.
