This multislot RadiCentre requires a firmware update before the firmware of a device can be updated

The firmware version of the RadiCentre is too old, to update the firmware of one of the devices in the RadiCentre. The firmware of the RadiCentre has to be updated, before the firmware of one of the devices can be updated. At least RadiCentre firmware version 4.3.4 or higher is required.

Solution

  • First update the firmware of the RadiCentre, after that repeat the firmware update of the device.
  • Plug the device in a RadiCentre 1, and perform the update of the device through the RadiCentre 1.
