Update the System

This page provides additional help with a specific or general problem or question.

Situation

The system needs to be updated to the latest versions available. For instance to verify if your issue already has been fixed/solved in the updated versions.

Correctly update your system;

• Update your system with the latest available RadiMation^® version from our download section: RadiMation Versions
• Update your system with the latest available device drivers from our wiki site: Device drivers or by enabling the option checkbox for updating the drivers during the RadiMation installation.
• Make sure during the device driver installation progress that you select the currently used RadiMation^® version (latest installed version is selected by default).
• Repeat the installation progress in case different versions of RadiMation^® are used and are needed to be updated.

Verify

In case the update was performed because an issue was found in previous version;

• Verify if the problem(s) still occurs after updating.
• In any case inform the support department about: any differences or similarities between versions.
