Unable to set the desired modulation
A modulation is selected that is not supported by the R&S SMx-series signal generator.
Solution
- Investigate if the desired modulation can be selected manually on the front panel of the signal generator.
- Check if a required option is needed and installed for the signal generator to support the desired modulation. For example the R&S SMB100B requires option R&S SMBB-K22 to generate internal Pulse Modulation. Review the datasheet or user manual of the device to determine the device specific required options.
- Please report this issue to your reseller or to Raditeq (fill in the Error Report or mail to radimation-support@raditeq.com) and include a detailed description how to reproduce this issue.
