The ISO11452-4 standard describes the testing and measurement techniques for Bulk current injection (BCI).
Test method in short[edit]
Increase the forward power applied to the current injection probe and measure the injected current (Iref) until either
- The measured current reaches the specified test level, or
- The forward power reaches the power limit PCW limit.
The standard describes the following test method:
- Conducted immunity 100 kHz to 400 MHz - see Application Note 160: "How to perform a magnetic field close proximity test"
