Clearing the conversion factor raised an error

During the initialization of the PMM 9000-series analyser, the correction that is selected in the analyser is unselected. This operation however raised an error.

Solution

• Investigate if the PMM has the latest firmware version.
• Check if the conversion factor can be disabled manually on the front of the PMM analyser
• Please report this issue to your reseller or to Raditeq (fill in the Error Report or mail to radimation-support@raditeq.com) and include a detailed description how to reproduce this issue.
