The device driver system is currently not usable

This error is shown when the device driver system is locked by another instance or application. It appears that is using the device driver system. Most of the time this message occurs after RadiMation is not correctly closed.

Solution

  • Follow these steps:

1. Open windows task manager and sort the processes alphabetically.

2. Look for multiple RADIMAT.EXE or RADIMAT.EXE *32 processes.

3. Kill all these processes.

4. Close the task manager.

5. Start RadiMation again.

  • If that does not solve the issue, you can try to log off and log on to you windows account again or directly reboot your system.
  • If the above solution did not fix this error, please report this issue to your reseller or to DARE!! Instruments (fill in the online form or mail to radimation-support@raditeq.com) and include a detailed description how to reproduce this issue.
